Is it odd that i keep looking at my friends boobs and others too? also why did they react like that?

well idky, but i always look at other girls boobs and just overall women more than men... im a girl, im 14, and as far as i know im straight, but i find my friends so beautiful nd i feel like i want a sexual relationship with one of them.. shes beautiful and its just like whnever we talk my eyes always wander down to her breasts... sometimes in convrsation i get the urge to kiss her and im worried that one day i might and shell think im crazy... she lays on me sometimes and i love it and often times i just wrap my arms around her and i just feel this connection with her... but one time it came up in talk between me her and my other friend (weve been best friends forever) that whenever i talk to someone my eyes wander down... nd they thought i was odd... and then i told them that it doesnt matter who i just subconsciously look and i was like "yea y do u thnk i never look u guys in the face when we talk i look at your boobs..." and they just looked at me like i was insane... is there somethng wrong with me?
