How do i tell if my crush likes me back?

I like this guy and i cant tell if he likes me too. I have sent signs but it seems like he doesnt get it. He asked me to rate him qnd i basically told him i liked him. I said 10. All he did was like it and comment hell yeah on it. (it was on facebook) we r really great friends. We have been through so much and everytime i have a problem with my family, he is always there and helping me thru it. (my parents are divorced and alll of my siblings and i fight ALOT!) he is the popular kid in our school and im like, nothing. The girl he likes is going to the same highschool as him and im not. I feel like im gunna lose him. I have one more year of school with him and then we split. I cant face the decision of telling him how i feel. I dont want to make things awkward and lose him. Everytime i see him i smile. I cant help it. The worst part, he is a twin. And his twin likes me! Ugh! I cant tell if i still have feelings for his brother, since we dated a little while back. I want to no if itsthe right time to tell my crush wat people say he already knows. But i want him to like me too. We have those moments where we look into each others eyes from across the room and then we look at somethng else. Its like we no when we r supposed to look at eachother. The sad part, once again, it happens wth his brother too! My friends call me boy crazy. They just dont understand. Please help!!! I havent even told u the wholestory! Help!?!?
