hi helpful great ppl ...i have completed my 12th succesfully but now i am stuck in a financial crisis beacause my FATHER passed away 15 days back in dubai....now my father's job is all gone ...and i dont think insurance shld cover my education......so i beg u pls in the emirates can some1 help me findind a cheap IT college....or is there a western university in which i can study on my own without paying the credit hours fee or is there a online university any somethng
