Yes you have lost her or really never hade her to tell the truth it dose not sound as if she was ever going to leave her husband for you. And if the shouting and acting like you was involved with her co-worker did not end it then talking to her husband about everything did. He probably talked to her and she knows you talked to him and try to cause problems so she probably is very upset and very angry with you. Sorry.
