Bump in my back that hurts my leg wen i move it pls help!?

1 year ago i use to work picking heavy things and one time i picked somethng heavy up and my back hurt like crap and it stayed hurting me till now i went to the doctors once they told me i had nothing but now like 2 months ago like a bump grew up in my back is not that big bu u can fell it is on my right leg and i cant stretch my right leg because the pain is horrible can any one tell me or have an idea of what it is pls help thanks!
