What is wrong with my engine?

I was on the hi way and my Honda accord started to overheat. I Try to get it to the next exit and eventually is stalled up. I waited til it cooled and drove it a little more. Then started it up again and try to drive it now when i start it up i here this really loud noise like somethng is moving around in the engine.
