My friend is acting like her world is over after ending things with her bf of 3 months. What's wrong with her?

She made me fail my test cause I had to sit there and counsel her. Day after day all she does is lay in her bed with chocalate icecream and ear buds and cry. She need to fix herself up. Do somethng with her hair and stop wearing them mom jeans and sweatpants everywhere. Her hair be looking a mess and she used to wear makeup everyday and now she don't wear a drop of makeup. Why she gonna let him win. She's letting him be in control right now cause moping around looking like her world coming to an end and the boy is probably doing just fine . When she seem him she need to be looking hot . I broke up with my boyfriend of a year and a half and I wasn't acting like this . She around my age which is 19
