Is he using me just to make out?!?!?

all that me and my boyfriend do is making out and we never really talk, we just make out! we walk home from school together, but that is about it. he says that im a great kisser, and that we need to do it more often, i just dont know if that is the right thing to do or not? i like making out with him, its not that i dont like it, but i have a tiny fear at getting pregnant, and im only 14. maybe i should tell him that i like to kiss him, but i have no need to get pregnant, and we need to take a break from making out because it might lead to just more than making out? or should i say somethng else? my parents dont know that we make out and his parents dont know either, but i still need help and i cant tell my parents were making out! thanks for your help! bye:) <3 :)
