How to get skinny ,I'm 12 **10 points**?

I see that the exercise part is fine, but I see some flaws in your diet. For breakfast, try to eat fruit salad or a protein/fruit smoothie. Try to stay away from bread, or any carbohydrates in general, and dairy. For lunch, definitely eat something! You should pack a lunch. Maybe you could include PB & J, a banana, nuts, and a salad. For your snack, avoid the cream cheese; it is very fattening. Apples or bananas with peanut butter is perfect. For dinner, just eat what your mom makes you. It is good that you eat slowly, because then you get full more quickly. I read a tip in an interview with Hillary Duff in a magazine to stop eating when 75% full. This way, you give your stomach time to process the food that it just ate. Remember to drink as much water as possible. Good luck!
