Does tour/coach bus have lights at the top like airplanes?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQhzBF4sUuA this is the tourbus im talking about. fastfoward to the inside. i can see it have somethng at the top, but im not sure what it is. is it lights like how they have it on the airplane? i wanted to read a book during the night but im not sure if they even have lights to begin with. will i be able to?
